SIMCA and I arrived to Playa del Carmen almost at the same time. I arrived in June of the year 2000. I first became aware of the companies that would become SIMCA in, hummm, was it 2003? Well, SIMCA grew from a few small condominium buildings over 20 years ago to become the most respected developer in Playa del Carmen, the Caribbean of México, and throughout the area referred to as ”The Yucatan”.
