SIMCA and I arrived almost at the same moment in the history of Playa del Carmen. I arrived in June of the year 2000 to live and work and learn and experience this engaging corner of paradise, although my first of many visits began in 1992.
I first became aware of the companies that would become SIMCA in, hummm, was it 2003? Well, SIMCA grew from a developing few small condominium buildings to become the most respected developer in Playa del Carmen, the Caribbean of México, and throughout the area of México referred to as ”The Yucatan”.
