Welcome to the Playa del Carmen Real Estate 2026.

I apologize for the writing displayed on this section referred to as “blogs” since February 2026. I did not realize nor review the blogs before they were posted until very recently.

I discovered these blogs on my website 2 weeks ago. The writing was not professional in the english language. The writing style was disturbingly negative. I learned my lesson to review every area of this website and those who assist in Search Engine Optimization / SEO!

I now understand more behind the doors of my website. I will be as explicit with those who assist me in my website development as those who assist me and my clients in the important business of securing investments and participation in real estate. 

I rewrote all the blogs. I sincerely hope that the information contained in the section retitled “Enlighten” is significantly more direct, honest, informative, and enlightening. Every detail.

New newsy additions appearing soon under the top menu Enlighten will be occasional snippets of news from Cancun to Bacalar and even Chetumal (too far from my residence/office in Playa del Carmen). Many will be links directly to the news sites. I summarize the news in my own style.
