This is a corner residence, up high are where the birds drop by for a visit. Corners are best.

Good to know: you will already have fiber optic at your service. You will also have hammock hooks installed for your horizontal time on the large terrace.

Veranto 301 is on one end of the building, on the 5th floor or 4th floor depending on where you’re from (ignore the ”number” 301), so a bit more privacy than the middle; and windows facing northeasterly (glancing sunrises and comfortable terrace-time morning, day and night) and a bedroom window facing northwesterly (glancing moonlight).

Furniture is included. Some equipment and other things are negociable.

I live in Veranto. I love (and appreciate) the neighborhood: I recommend 12 Bees on 12 bis (clever) hotel rooftop restaurant, best tacos al pastor on a corner, ADO bus terminal, MEGA, AKI, Walmart, and numerous small local restaurants, shopping and services all within 1-5 blocks. Walk to the beach.
