This small hotel of 30 rooms has been closed since April of 2020. We will not reopen. The property included a car rental agency plus a well-received and complimented restaurant-bar, a very established dive shop, a deep pool (4.2 meters) for dive instruction and check outs, a tropical garden and a wide variety of room types. No commercial activity currently on the property.

Hotel Casa Tucan was in continuous operation for over 30 years. The price offered for purchase reflects a conservative value of the property in its current condition – and importantly central location near the beach in Playa del Carmen.
